Airtel also preparing to launch the Airtel 4G VoLTE service. Airtel 4G VoLTE service will start in the entire country by March of 2018. Along with 4G VoLTE, Airtel will also offer cheaper 4G feature phones in the market. This information was given by Airtel Chief Executive and Managing Director Gopal Vittal. Airtel 4G Volte Testing
Vittal said that it has been tested in many cities of the country which has been successful. By the end of the year, work will start fully on airtel 4G VoLTE. Significantly, Reliance recently launched the Jio 4G feature phone, which can be purchased with a security of Rs 1,500. This phone will be pre-booking from August 24th.
According to Airtel, the company’s business has declined by 75% in the first quarter of the year due to Reliance Jio. Airtel said that its earnings in the first quarter has been 367 million, which was Rs 1,462 crore till June 30 last year. The company has said Reliance Jio to be responsible for its losses.
Airtel 4G volte Technology
VoLTE Technologies Recently, the company’s Managing Director, Gopal Vittal said in his statement that the company could offer VoLTE technology by March next year. At present, the company has been testing for VoLTE in 5-6 cities. In the next 6-9 months the company will be ready for VoLTE technology at the national level.
Explain that at this time only Reliance Jio is giving voice calls on 4G network through VoLTE technology. After entering the VoLTE technology of Airtel, sharing of Jio users will be easy. In a recent report, it was said that after the arrival of Jio, Airtel has lost about 75 per cent of net profits. The company also held Jio responsible for instability in the Indian telecom industry.
